    1968-1974 - Tetiana Mitchenko obtained Master Degree in Technical Science. Department of electrochemical technology, Chemical Technology Department of National Technical University of Ukraine.

    1981 - Candidate of Technical Science (equivalent to PhD), “Investigation of the process and technology development on deep removal of cadmium from waste water applying inorganic sorbents”

    1996 - Tetiana Mitchenko got degree of Doctor in Technical Science , “Intensification of the sorption processes aimed to metal micropollutants in technological solutions and industrial waste waters”

    Investigation of sorption, ion exchange, membrane and membrane processes. Selective removal of transition metals micropollutants from water solutions. Waste water treatment: removal of mercury, cadmium and transitional metals ions. Drinking water treatment. Removal of Natural Organic Matter (NOM) compounds from natural waters utilizing sorption methods. Optimization of ion exchange and membrane water demineralization processes. Developing of hybrid sorbents based on exhausted ion exchange resins. Developing of filter media for complex water treatment. Study of wastewater treatment processes using membrane technology. Development of membrane technologies.
