Investigation of sorption, ion exchange and membrane processes. Selective removal of transition metals micropollutants from water solutions. Waste water treatment: removal of mercury, cadmium and transitional metals ions. Drinking water treatment. Removal of Natural Organic Matter (NOM) compounds from natural waters utilizing sorption methods. Optimization of ion exchange and membrane water demineralization processes. Developing of hybrid sorbents based on exhausted ion exchange resins. Developing of filter media for complex water treatment.
